Sorry @febidel…it was restricted to Abuja because the organizers want the entrants to be present at at the Feb 14 and September 29th events holding here in Abuja.

Make una no vex Oga @sambrightomo and @innoalifa …it was made for Abuja residents alone because we want only those that can make it to the February 14 and Sept 29 events.
