Public Group active 2 weeks, 2 days agoThis is a group for everybody who needs details for a story that they may not be familiar with, maybe a setting, a city, a profession etc. Let’s say you want to write a story about a pilot but you have never been inside a boeing 747.Of course there is always google but what makes a story credible are the little details that someone who has the experience may provide.So let’s say somebody on NS has a cousin who is a pilot and could help out with the description.We all have an expertise in some things that somebody else might be able to use and that we could share. That’s what this group is about.

In my final year, we were told to create a synopsis. When we finished, our lecturer gathered the synopsis and shared it back making sure each person didn’t get his back. I got a story about menses. The girl who had the storyline didn’t want to me about menses, somebody else maybe, but most definitely not me. So this group really makes sense.
