The Best Of 2014 To The Naijastories Family

The Best Of 2014 To The Naijastories Family

The best of 2014 to the founder, editors, members, readers, admirers, rivals, imitators and -better believe it-enemies of the uniquely Nigerian literary site, naijastories.com. Our best is yet to come.

In 2014 we shall produce best sellers.

In 2014 Caines and NLNG prizes shall fill our bags.

In 2014 our stories will become blockbuster movies.

In 2014 our poetry will wipe tears; shatter evil strongholds; build relationships and breathe life to dying ones. Our pens and craft will become food fit for the gods to relish and humanity to savor.

In 2014 we shall strike a blow for freedom. Our pens and keyboards will up the ante in the fight against man’s inhumanity to man; change the tide in favor of real democracy in Nigeria and elsewhere; and teach all who visit this site that tongue and tribe are no curse.

This year, the books out of NS Publishing will revolutionize reading in Nigeria far more than the Pacesetters series ever did.  We will be the vanguard of the vanguard.

On a personal note, we need new wives, husbands, lovers, kids, cars, houses, degrees, etc from all who proudly wear this site’s name. We need new brains, new thinking, new hearts; above all, new names.

Let the ink flow. Let the Muse run riot. Let our birth pangs begin.

God bless all  who pass by here. No matter your faith, even if you have none, I speak the good of the Universe to you all.

Let the music play. Blow the trumpets; sound the ‘ekwe'; hit the ‘ogene’ with all your heart; pluck the strings of the ‘goje'; grab the newest ‘gangan’. Naijastories is on a coaster and the party will not stop. Not until we fertilize Planet Earth and beyond with our writings.

E don begin!
