In The Days Of Darkness Before Light

In The Days Of Darkness Before Light

In the darkness

Through a glass darkly

With Overall stars

In and around it

The light walked to and fro

To find the shattered porcelain

And pick the wounding atoms

And heal the bleeding hearts

And pave a wider parts

In the darkness

Through hurdling nights

Across the banks

They slept

For the posteriors

Incarnated lives

Preserving the Klondike

With rising potentials

And deep incalescence

In the darkness

Like the Bodhisattva

Hope was restored

Love was rekindled

The darkness cum the light

Embrace and say ciao

A whole new world began

    Rebirth… nice.

@basittjamiu. The peace from war or torn worlds. It might take a while before we arrive, especially in this un-rebellious nation that we were in. Optimistic words, to which I concur with. Nice writing brother.

    My words your thought.

    1. The short lines should make it an easy read, but like several of your other poems, the word usage doesn’t work for me.

  4. in the beginning!? nice one
