Dusty Shelves

Dusty Shelves

We left our history books on the shelves, leaving dust to accumulate on them.

Let us dust them up and read through the chapter where we were trail blazers of ancient civilization or flip through to the pages where we invented medicine to heal ourselves..

We left our kingdoms and we are now members of institutions.

A bevy of colonists broke the joyful melody of the camaraderie of living amongst a tribe.

But hate cannot drive out hate, only love can.
