Rest in Nature

Rest in Nature

Those days under the beam of moonlight and,
those heads under the shade of that greeny lemon tree
sings the song of journey to the night market,
where the souls of nature are sold.
In ten fold,
pick the feeble leg of
the breeze
and in ten fold,
pick the shinny heart of the star.
In five fold,
pluck the juicy tears of rain and,
let the sun warm your soul.
In seven fold,
visit the abode of the periwinkle and,
see the sight of the dancing winkle.
Tani ó loojà alé?

Let’s leave our world far behind and,
let the glance of strange trees jolt our mind like the ring
of an electric shock.
Let’s ride through the stream path and
roll with fresh blossoms,
covered with a fine golden fuzz.
Let the smiling crystals sing us a solemn lullaby and
let the beautiful hand
of nature lull us to sleep.
Tani ó loojà alé?

Let’s visit the hilltop and
gently follow the breeze
that keeps billions
of worthy creatures.
The memories
of our visit,
the memories
of the gurgling water,
of its bank that habors fresh lillies.
Those memories
that held our heart captive,
memories of the beautiful creatures
that rest in nature,
in a jocund mood,
in a pensive mood,
these memories will live.
Èmi o loojà alé.

Taní o loojà alé – Who will go to the night market?

Èmi o loojà alé – I will go to the night
