Ibadan Book Club Donates E-books To Ibadan Indigenes

CENTRAL COUNCIL OF IBADAN INDIGENES (CCII) ENDORSES THE IBADAN BOOK CLUB

On the 10th of February 2014, the national executives of Ibadan Book Club paid a courtesy visit to the National officers of the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes at Ibadan House, Oke Aremo for partnership and collaboration. The meeting started around 2:00PM and ended by 3:20: PM brought a new beginning and collaborative support between the two organizations.

On the attendance list are: Chief M. Adebayo Oyero  (National President of CCII), Chief Waheed Ekun (National Secretary of CCII), Mr. Olayinka Muraina (Admin Secretary), Mr. Yinka Olorunkosebi (CCII Librarian) and the C.E.O of BOVAS Filling station who also double as the Chairman of the CCII Library Committee, Mr. Wole Adedoyin (National Coordinator – Ibadan Book Club) Miss Olaleye Rukayat (National Treasurer – Ibadan Book Club).

Meanwhile in a letter dated 4th February, 2014, the Council informed Ibadan Book Club that they sincerely shares its vision and commitment towards  promotion of books and reading culture among the teeming residents of Ibadanland.

Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes is the apex association for Ibadan sons and daughters worldwide while Ibadan Book Club is the initiative of the Society of Young Nigerian Writers presided over by Mr. Wole Adedoyin.
