The Fragile Vessel

The Fragile Vessel

O you daughter of Eve, a fragile vessel,

Living through eons in captivity,

Sin   on Earth, ‘tis the   fragile vessel.

O you with Eyes of stars, living in society;

No advert of wares is unblessed by you,

Honour is a monument   in your name.

O you with moonlike face, beauty blessed you,

Memories of   pain, etched in your name.

O you with soft heart, the fragile vessel;

Living with ungrateful man in Cities,

Tales from daughter to mother of fragile vessels

Making memories forever in captivity.
