Requitted Love

Requitted Love

Those we love, don’t reciprocate our love
Those whose love we don’t reciprocate,
Love us so blindly yet dearly without a tag
I sat sadly thinking thoroughly bout this
A world problem, leading not to quadratic.

Devoid of acalculia, cross multiplication
Should balance the grammatical equations.
Shakespeare’s mighty pen solved it right
“Love sought is good, given unsought better.”

Tis played with feelings, emotions-carthasis,
Not through acting or posing in disguises.
A murderer hides his guilt a little longer,
Than someone caged in love can hide hers.
Love brightly shines thus can’t be hidden.
