I look back with nostalgia
How I went through the pangs of death
I could’ve transcended to worlds unknown
I was gobsmacked at that instance
It happened like a lightening flash
I never saw it coming
The gory images I beheld
never left my memories in a hurry
My pleas were like getting blood out of stone
The laws were meant to be broken
I couldn’t see the sky for hours
As I lay in wait for my Messiah
I became meticulous by compulsion
I survived putting my head in the Lion’s mouth
Now I dread Geriatrics on wheels.
My Life is a testimony
