JOURNEY TO FULFILLMENT (1)
I kept walking and walking but it seems I had just begun. I was like “would there ever be an end to this struggle?”
I looked left and right to get help from somebody but I found nobody; I was all alone.
All around me was darkness so thick that it could be felt.
In the darkness, I stood on my toes and stretched my neck to see if I could catch a glimpse of light anywhere but all I saw was darkness. I didn’t even know how close or far away I was to the end of the road.
Tired and frustrated, I sat down to think as series of unanswerable questions flooded my mind.
” I didn’t ever bargain for this or did I ?”
“Why did no one Tell me it would be this tough?” I asked no one in particular.
I stood up and was about to give up and turn back when I suddenly remembered a quote that said that most people regret at the point of death not just because of the things they had done but because of the things they could have done but didn’t; so I said to myself that I could give up now, go have a nice shower, meal and good rest but then the pain of giving up would linger on for eternity.
With this in mind, I turned around and resumed MY JOURNEY TO FULFILLMENT
