She

She sings with grace and charm;
Oh how beautiful her rhythmic sound.
she seems to mean no harm;
my veins have got her bound.

She persists as I resist!
Oh! What a fight!!
I insist she desists!
NO! Not tonight!!

She leaves me for a moment.
Now I can have rest!
But no, she’s back with torrents.
She wants to get my best!!

She draws near to me;
I feel the sense of her touch.
This is not supposed to be;
she’s asking for too much.

She enters and draws my energy;
My hand dives to cease the flow.
Tonight, she’s my enemy;
afterall, she’s just a MOSQUITO!

(ABEG MAKE UNA TELL THIS MOSQUITO MAKE E GREE ME SLEEP.)

    This is really nice,bt the title picture or whatever you guys call it gave away the main gist of the poem…

    1. Yes, that was an error. The picture wasn’t put by me. It gave away the idea of a suspense. Thank you for the observation.
