Not The Wears

Not The Wears

It’s not about putting on a green top

Coupled with a white tie.

Then, a pair of trouser or skirt with green and white strip

And a shinning white shoe with green lace.

Green, beautiful colour thou art

The trees wave joyfully in fertility.

Green for fertility, fertility for green.

To put on green, then you must be fertile.

It’s not about the wears

A beautiful green and white hat will fit thy head this day.

I know

But is (y)our live(s) fertile?

Holy white, pure white

Magnificent sparkling white

Symbol of Godliness

Purity to its fullness.

White, Science say reflexes light

It’s no joke to maintain white

Must have read a piece of mine “White Rag”

It’s an uneasy task like a course on a zig-zig.

So, let’s try hard

And live green & white lives

Not just for this day

But from this day.

(As for me, I chose to live Green and White

Than wear it.

Mind you, I love my Country

I no go lie)
