The world flakes each
Each moment you’re gone
And I turn to my ashes
Slipping of your fingers
In my mind, I thought
You’d think of me again
As here I lay waste waiting
Wishing you were here
Out of ditches, I dirge
As we disintegrate away
Plundering the bridges of life
To an estranged island of self
Turn away then and be back
For we can’t stand without us
That we hold the fold to unfold
Like roses on their stocks
Nay, may this strife be stifled
As boilt waters thus purified
That we hold on to avert
This avalanche of disintegration
…if humanity loses the hold of familyhood, then life becomes useless
and hopeless; for even the beasts congregate to form a formidable
synergy of Oneness.

“…if humanity loses the hold of familyhood, then life becomes useless

Thats quite deep. Interesting poem.
It also brought to my mind the saying: ‘United, we stand. Divided, we fall.’
@layrite thanks for capturing that!
