We celebrate God’s own
With tears in our eyes but with
Great satisfaction and joy for a fulfilled life.
One filled with purpose and amazing vigour.
Our Amaka soldier, yea, a worthy soldier of our God!
There are many who exist as mothers
But you rendered their sweltering efforts as nothing.
When they were sitting
You were standing.
While they were standing, you were outstanding.
As they grew to be outstanding, you STOOD OUT!
This is our mama!
There are many mamas
But you are OUR MAMA.
Shielding us like a hen away from the vultures of life.
Touching our lives
When none ventured.
But as we basked in your warm embrace
With ease to your unflinching love,
Death’s sullied hands caressed
You beyond our touch.
Like a flash
After many years of impacting us.
As children, we mourn, we mourn not as fools.
We are wise, very wise to mourn as those with hope.
Because we know you dwell where safety is king,
Where peace is God!
In the heavens beyond the trials and temptations of life.
Beyond pandemonium and pains.
Rest until we meet to part no more.
As we sing halleluyah our traditional song.

Condolences.
IT IS WELL!
God`s strenght to the bereaved.
Amen!
