Mighty God.

Waves waste beyond sandy shores,

And inquiry drove eyes into

Meditations,  Mighty God cleansed

Hands on ocean wild, and

Waters feared the earth.

Mighty God,

You breathe the other

Place, and the tornado

Took turn.

The earth hymned to heaven,

And the courageous stand

Before you in cold, seeing

glorious and Kingly what

great fingers you wrote.

Your wisdom spread

On life and lifeless faces,

Stones, eternal remains,

Used and unused, and still

Stones, unconsumed they

Retain life,

that nature keeps alive…

The wisdom of the

Waters, like serpent’s skill,

Dig where freedom quick

Easy passes against pause,

And reach itself to appear

At the top of the world,

Returning again, and again…

What wisdom Mighty

God, blackens the sky,

And photographed on

The Artist’s heart with

Melody to interprete God’s

First paintings?

What engine and kingdom

Works on the hearts of

Classic creatures, to

Admix melodies, call the

Paintings on the heart,

With grace make goldenly

Words that walks on the

Hearts with meditations

Spitting melancholy…?

Man is the antiquity of

Angels, and the touch of

Kingly Messiah worked antique

What man in garden expelled.

What mysteries emanates

From the worlds we call

Horizons, and strange ones

Say God also made these

Places too, strange for the

Heart to bend to comprehensible

Side.

Which hand points us

Dead, when your hands

Masquerades the masquerades,

And your finger awakes

The thunders’ voice, while the

World frets!

Eternal in praise my

Head uplift to thee, lest

Like camel’s stretched in

Dust-proud, you break,

And the sweat wastes in

The lavished nights!
