Life’s race defeats time’s beauty,
The true essence of duty-
Years lived for humankind;
In selflessness, immortality you’ll find.
Who isn’t selfish?
The society determines what becomes wish,
The relativism of being selfish-
It teaches greed’s slavery and selfless’ freedom;
Foolishness amidst wisdom.
Choice. Choice! Choice?
Between yes and no,
We exercise the right to sow…
And when’s time to reap,
That choice makes many laugh or weep.

well, recently, time- that aspect of nature that prevents things from happening all at once, doesn’t quite seem to be working. However, choice becomes perhaps, the only determinant for disparity, and defines where we each stand on the divide.
